Trump’s threat forces Colombia to agree to take back deported immigrants

US President Donald Trump’s threat has led Colombia to agree to take back deported immigrants.
According to reports, Trump had warned that if Colombia refused to accept the return of immigrants, the US would impose higher tariffs on exports and visa restrictions. He had also issued an executive order regarding the matter. However, following Colombia’s agreement, President Trump decided to revoke the executive order.
Earlier, Colombia’s president had imposed a ban on the landing of US planes carrying deported immigrants.
